We usually have an active role in the portfolio companies and support them with an in-depth financial and capital markets know-how and access to an international ecosystem of partners and advisors.

Examples of such investments include secondary shares or options, structured investments that include options/warrants exposure, investments with a royalty or dividend component, and pre-IPO/SPAC investments.
